释义	1、拒绝要约的通知到达要约人时。2、要约人依法撤销要约。3、承诺期限届满，受要约人未作出承诺。要约的有效期限也就是受要约人可以承诺的有效期限。在该期限届满时，受要约人未为承诺的，要约就失去效力。4、受要约人对要约的内容作出实质性变更。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十八条有下列情形之一的，要约失效：（一）要约被拒绝；（二）要约被依法撤销；（三）承诺期限届满，受要约人未作出承；（四）受要约人对要约的内容作出实质性变更。
