释义	法律分析：债的混同是指债权债务同归一人，使债的关系消灭的事实。混同是债消灭的原因之一。债的混同有广义与狭义之分。广义的混同包括三种情形：所有权与他物权归属于同一人；债权与债务归属于同一人；主债务与保证债务归属于同一人。狭义的混同仅指债权与债务归属于同一人。通常所说的混同仅指狭义的混同而言。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十六条债权和债务同归于一人的，债权债务终止，但是损害第三人利益的除外。
