释义	法律分析：最好是要原件。有些单位在入职时会要求提供原件。根据劳动部《关于实行劳动合同制度若干问题的通知》第17条中规定用人单位招用职工时应当查验解除劳动证明，也就是说解除劳动合同证明是劳动者被用人单位录用审核的一个条件。虽然新的《劳动合同法》已经替代这个通知，但仍可以作为参考，所以最好要原件。法律依据:《关于实行劳动合同制度若干问题的通知》第十七条：用人单位招用职工时应查验终止、解除劳动合同证明，以及其他能证明该职工与任何用人单位不存在劳动关系的凭证，方可与其签订劳动合同。
