释义	可以的。优先受偿权有规定的，普通的行业，也就是非工程项目的，会规定只有法定的，特定的才能够享有优先受偿权，否则还是需要按照顺序进行清偿，但是在工程项目里，优先受偿权是可以约定的，国家特地颁发规定，确认如果建设工程里欠款的，可以根据法律规定，也可以按照约定进行优先于其他款项进行受偿。法律依据：最高人民法院《关于建设工程价款优先受偿权问题的批复》第四条建设工程承建人行使优先权的期限为6个月，自建设工程竣工之日或者建设工程合同约定的竣工之日起计算。
