释义	退伙，是指在合伙企腊稿旁业存续期间，合伙人因一定的敬唯法律事实而退出合伙企业，从而消灭合伙人资格的法律行为。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》第四十五条合伙协议约定合伙期限的，在合伙企业存续期间，有下列情形之一的，合伙人可以退伙： (一)合伙协议约定的退伙事由出现(二)经全体合伙人一致同意(三)发生合伙人难以继续参加合伙的事由(四)其他合伙人严重违轮橡反合伙协议约定的义务。
