释义	破产企业在法院受理案件前6个月至破产宣告之日内，所实施的某些法律行为无效，如隐匿、私分或者无偿转让财产正常压价出售财产原来没有财产担保的债务提供财产担保未到期的债务提前清偿弃自己的债权等行为，均属无效的法律行为。法律依据: 《关于审理企业破产案件若干问题的规定》第三十八条破产宣告后，债权人或者债务人对破产宣告有异议的，可以在人民法院宣告企业破产之日起10日内，向上一级人民法院申诉。上一级人民法院应当组成合议庭进行审理，并在30日内作出裁定。
