释义	法律分析: 有工资。不过劳动者擅自离职，没有提前30天书面提出离职，用人单位也不存在《劳动合同法》第三十八条的情况，劳动者属于违法。用人单位应该全额支付劳动者工资，但是该劳动者给用人单位造成的直接经济损失、招聘产生的费用，用人单位可以要求劳动者承担。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第九十条劳动者违反本法规定解除劳动合同，或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密义务或者竞业限制，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
