释义	律师解答：通常来说大部分情况下是一致的，但是并非都是一致的，原因就是登记部门不一致，物业登记或者公安部门登记的门牌号都是公安机关进行登记的，通常会按照房屋不动产证登记的位置进行编制登记，但是有个时候并非如此，门牌号是他们自己编制登记的。【法律依据】：《不动产登记暂行条例实施细则》第八条不动产以不动产单元为基本单位进行登记。不动产单元具有唯一编码。不动产登记机构应当按照国务院国土资源主管部门的规定设立统一的不动产登记簿。
