2023年现金收据盖什么章有规定吗

没有规定说收据上必须盖什么章，一般情况下，盖财务的章或者公司的公章就行。收据上盖章，主要是起到款项或物项已经收讫（收到）验证或确认作用。一般没有使用发票的场合，都应该使用收据。是重要的原始凭证，收据与我们日常所说的"白条"不能画等号，收据也是一种收付款凭证，它有种类之分。至于能否入账，则要看收据的种类及使用范围。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》 第二十三条 开具发票应当按照规定的时限、顺序，逐栏、全部联次一次性如实开具，并加盖单位财务印章或者发票专用章。
