释义	法律分析：擅自离职的，公司可以要求劳动者赔偿因自动离职给公司造成的实际损失。但是如果劳动者提前三十天向公司提交书面申请了，则不需要公司同意，三十天之后就可以离职。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
