裁员年假还没休完怎么办

1、单位经济性裁员,需要支付员工经济补偿为每做一年一个月本人工资,不满半年的按照半年计算。那么员工工作2年5个月的经济补偿为2.5个月的本人工资。如果单位没有提前通知员工,还需要支付员工一个月工资作为补偿。依据《劳动合同法》第四十一条。2、补偿金是按照员工实际收入计算,是需要扣除社保和公积金的。3、年假有争议,可以要求单位支付加班费。
