释义	法律分析：是的。员工在离职前缴纳的年金并不会消失，而是会继续保管在个人账户。并且员工之后如果找到了新工作，新单位也有企业年金的话，那员工就可以去办理企业年金转移手续，把企业年金转入到新单位，然后再和新单位一起缴纳企业年金。如果新单位没有企业年金，那么等到退休后也可以取出。法律依据：《企业年金试行办法》第十三条职工变动工作单位时，企业年金个人账户资金可以随同转移。职工升学、参军、失业期间或新就业单位没有实行企业年金制度的，其企业年金个入账户可由原管理机构继续管理。
