释义	法律分析：根据我国《专利法》及其细则、《审查指南》的规定，专利年费没有按期缴纳，将视为放弃而终止该专利权。一般情况下，在接到专利权终止通知之后的两个月内提交恢复专利权请求并说明理由的，有可能恢复专利权，超过这这期限一般很难恢复。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法实施细则》第六条当事人因不可抗拒的事由而延误专利法或者本细则规定的期限或者国务院专利行政部门指定的期限，导致其权利丧失的，自障碍消除之日起两个月内，最迟自期限届满之日起两年内，可以向国务院专利行政部门请求恢复权利。
