签劳务合同被辞退应该有补偿吗
释义
如果用人单位与劳动者建立的是劳务关系，那么用人单位解除劳务合同，将不支付劳动者经济补偿，是否支付违约金，要看劳务合同的约定。但是如果用人单位存在着违约行为的可以要求进行赔偿。
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》
第八十七条 用人单位违反本法规定解除或者终止劳动合同的，应当依照本法第四十七条规定的经济补偿标准的二倍向劳动者支付赔偿金。
