企业年金到哪里办理 |

法律分析：职工在达到国家规定的退休年龄时，可以从本人企业年金个人帐户中一次或定期领取企业年金。职工未达到国家规定的退休年龄的，不得从个人帐户中提前提取资金。
出境定居人员的企业年金个人帐户资金，可根据本人要求一次性支付给本人。
法律依据：《事业单位职业年金试行办法》
第一条 为建立多层次养老保险体系，提高事业单位工作人员退休后的生活水平，增强事业单位的吸引力，促进人才的合理流动，根据分类推进事业单位改革的总体部署和要求，特制定本办法。
第二条 本办法所称职业年金，是指事业单位及其工作人员在依法参加事业单位工作人员基本养老保险的基础上，建立的补充养老保险制度。
第三条 本办法适用于分类推进事业单位改革后从事公益服务的事业单位及其编制内工作人员。国家另有规定的，从其规定。
第四条 建立职业年金的事业单位应符合下列条件：
（一）依法参加事业单位基本养老保险并履行缴费义务；
（二）具有相应的经济负担能力；
（三）已建立民主协商机制。
第五条 建立职业年金，应当由单位与工会或职工代表通过民主协商确定，并制定职业年金方案。职业年金方案应当提交职工代表大会或职工大会讨论通过。享受经常性财政补助的事业单位职业年金方案，在提交职工代表大会或职工大会讨论前，须报经同级财政部门审核同意。
