释义	法律分析：要看具体情节，情节严重者，将构成逃汇罪。所谓逃汇，是指国家机关、企事业单位、团体或者个人，违反国家外汇管理规定，将应售给国家的外汇，私自转移、转让、买卖、存放境外，以及将外汇私自携带、托带或者邮寄出境等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国外汇管理条例》第四十一条违反规定将外汇汇入境内的，由外汇管理机关责令改正，处违法金额30%以下的罚款;情节严重的，处违法金额30%以上等值以下的罚款。非法结汇的，由外汇管理机关责令对非法结汇资金予以回兑，处违法金额百分百之三十以下的罚款。
