释义	法律分析：承诺不可以附期限，不存在附期限的承诺。我国《合同法》规定要约可以附期限，承诺应当在要约所附的期限内做出。但承诺不能再付期限，因为承诺送达即生效，合同就已经成立，这是合同法明确规定的，所以再给承诺附期限就已经没有任何意义。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百八十一条承诺应当在要约确定的期限内到达要约人。要约没有确定承诺期限的，承诺应当依照下列规定到达： (一)要约以对话方式作出的，应当即时作出承诺; (二)要约以非对话方式作出的，承诺应当在合理期限内到达。
