因为吵架气死人需要负责吗?

法律分析：看具体情况定。行为人主观无过错，对方被气死纯属偶然，就不犯法。行为人既不负刑事责任，也不负民事责任。行为人主观上存有过错，但不具备追求对方死亡的目的。在纠纷中恶语伤人，侮辱刺激对方，进行精神干扰，这种情况下的“气死人”，就是违法的，本质上构成民事法律调整的侵权行为。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》 第十四条 明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
