释义	法律分析：法定节假日不可以装修。法定休息日、节假日全天，及工作日12时到14时、18时到次日8时，禁止住宅楼内进行有噪声的装修等扰民作业。在其他时间段内作业的，应当减少噪声控制，减轻对四周居民的干扰。在已竣工交付使用的建筑内进行装修作业，产生噪声打扰四邻的，由公安机关责令改正，并处以罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国环境噪声污染防治法》第四十七条在已竣工交付使用的住宅楼进行室内装修活动，应当限制作业时间，并采取其他有效措施，以减轻、避免对周围居民造成环境噪声污染。
