释义	法律分析：小区里烧树叶违法。在人口集中地区、交通干线附近以及当地人民政府划定的区域内露天焚烧秸秆、落叶等产生烟尘污染物质的，由所在地县级以上地方人民政府环境保护行政主管部门责令停止违法行为。情节严重的，可处以二百元以下罚款。由县级人民政府确定的监督管理部门责令改正，对单位处一万元以上十万元以下的罚款，对个人处五百元以上二千元以下的罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》第七十七条省、自治区、直辖市人民政府应当划定区域，禁止露天焚烧秸秆、落叶等产生烟尘污染的物质。
