问题	承诺慈善捐款后能撤销么?
释义	不能。赠与人具有任意撤销权，但须在赠与财产转移之前进行。交付后，不能再撤销。但为了保护公共利益和受赠人的信赖利益，法律规定了两种不允许赠与人撤销的赠与合同，即赠与合同具有救灾、扶贫等社会公益、道德义务性质的;赠与合同经过公证的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
