释义	父母死亡后，该患有精神疾病的兄弟由有负担能力的兄长或姐姐扶养。若该精神病兄弟在患病以前扶养弟、妹长大，则该弟、妹对患有精神病的兄长有扶养义务。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零七十五条【兄弟姐妹间的扶养义务】有负担能力的兄、姐，对于父母已经死亡或者父母无力抚养的未成年弟、妹，有扶养的义务。由兄、姐扶养长大的有负担能力的弟、妹，对于缺乏劳动能力又缺乏生活来源的兄、姐，有扶养的义务。注：《民法典》自2021年1月1日起生效。
