释义	法律分析: 补差工资是指退休职工重新参加工作后，按规定领取的工资。按政策规定，领取退休费的退休职工，重新参加工作后，使用单位要按其原标准工资与退休费之间的差额发给工资，即发给补差工资。法律依据: 《关于严格执行工人退休退职暂行办法的通知》第三条退休、退职工人受聘后，聘用单位除了发给补差(即退休费或退职生活费与本人原标准工资的差额)外，还可视其工作成绩适当发给奖金。凡符合正常退休年龄而退休的工人受聘后，其退休待遇一般由原发退休费用的单位继续发给。
