释义	法律分析：机动车逆向行驶是指以下几种情况：1、在划有道路实线分隔线的道路上，机动车驶入对向车道。其中道路分隔线为双实线、单实线的，在任何情况下不得越线行驶。2、在划有虚线道路分隔线的道路，可以在确保安全的情况下借道超车，但是一旦发生事故，就会认定借道的车辆逆行。3、在树立有单行线标志的道路上，机动车驶入均认定为逆行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第四十五条机动车遇有前方车辆停车排队等候或者缓慢行驶时，不得借道超车或者占用对面车道，不得穿插等候的车辆。
