释义	1、在树立有单行线标志的道路上，机动车驶入均认定为逆行。2、在划有道路实线分隔线的道路上，机动车驶入对向车道。其中道路分隔线为双实线、单实线，在任何情况下不得越线行驶。划有虚线道路分隔线的道路，可以在确保安全的情况下借道超车，但是一旦发生事故，就会认定借道的车辆逆行。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
