信用卡逾期还不上找不到人可能会被起诉或者判刑。
1、被起诉。
一旦持卡人失联，银行联系不上本人，说不定就会去法院起诉将持卡人告上法庭，或者是直接到公安机构报案，通过法律途径来追回欠款。
2、被判刑。
要是持卡人失联让银行联系不上，银行报案后警方立案，会对持卡人全网追捕，将其捉拿归案后，会按信用卡诈骗罪追究刑事责任。
3、被限制。
持卡人失联被起诉后，仍然拒不还款的，银行是可以向法院申请将其纳入失信被执行人名单的，如此就成为老赖了。
