释义	法律分析：多次发送淫秽、侮辱、恐吓或者其他信息，干扰他人正常生活的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款；情节较重的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处五百元以下罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十七条行为人以暴力、胁迫或者其他方法，实施强制猥亵、侮辱妇女的行为，原则上就构成犯罪，应当立案侦查。犯强制猥亵、侮辱妇女罪的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，聚众或者在公共场所当众强制猥亵妇女或者侮辱妇女，处五年以上有期徒刑。
