中国石油加油卡可以享受3%的优惠赠送，全国范围内充值100元赠3元。中油加油卡是中国石油天然气股份有限公司开发的用于加油结算的IC卡，是一种新型电子货币，由中国石油天然气股份有限公司北京销售分公司在北京地区发行。加油卡与传统的现金及油证结算方式相比具有安全、方便、快捷的特点，大大节省了加油时间，减少了加油时交付现金的不便，它为司机朋友带来一种“一卡在手、各地加油”的便捷加油感受。中石油加油卡一块钱一分，一万分可以返300现金。积分也可以换东西，3000分、7000分都可以换东西，可以再消费时候使用积分，但是必须在中石油加油站的便利店。

《关于明确中国石油加油卡充值渠道的公告》 中国石油加油卡正规充值渠道目前只有以下七种：
1．设在中国石油加油站内的售卡充值网点；
2．设在中国石油加油站内的自助服务终端；
3．“中油好客e站”或“zyhkez”微信服务号；
4．www．95504．net或www．card．petrochina．com．cn网上服务平台；
5．支付宝·服务窗“中国石油掌上营业厅”；
6．http：//jiayouka．jd．com京东商城·油卡充值频道；
7．中国石油专设的售卡充值网点。
