释义	如果网签和购房合同都是写两个人的名字，那么房产证也会是两个人的名字。若要写其中一个人的名字，除非您重新签订购房合同和网签。法律依据: 《不动产登记暂行条例实施细则》第二十一条申请共有不动产登记的，不动产登记机构向全体共有人合并发放一本不动产权属证书共有人申请分别持证的，可以为共有人分别发放不动产权属证书。共有不动产权属证书应当注明共有情况，并列明全体共有人。
