起诉离婚期间申请保护 |

法律分析：起诉离婚可以申请财产保全。如果夫妻双方已经准备离婚，一方想转移夫妻共同财产的，另一方以保护婚姻共同财产不被恶意侵害为由，可以申请法院财产保全。但申请方要向法院提出财产保全申请，并提交相应担保，而且要在15天之内提起离婚诉讼，否则15天后法院将解除财产保全。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》 第九十三条 人民法院审理民事案件，根据当事人自愿的原则，在事实清楚的基础上，分清是非，进行调解。
《最高人民法院关于适用《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》的解释》 第一百五十二条 人民法院依照民事诉讼法第一百条、第一百零一条规定，在采取诉前保全、诉讼保全措施时，责令利害关系人或者当事人提供担保的，应当书面通知。利害关系人申请诉前保全的，应当提供担保。申请诉前财产保全的，应当提供相当于请求保全数额的担保;情况特殊的，人民法院可以酌情处理。申请诉前行为保全的，担保的数额由人民法院根据案件的具体情况决定。在诉讼中，人民法院依申请或者依职权采取保全措施的，应当根据案件的具体情况，决定当事人是否应当提供担保以及担保的数额。
