释义	法律分析：水电押金不合法，物业费用的收取必须经过物业公司与业主协商并达成一致，物业公司单方面要求交纳水电押金是不合法的。法律依据：《物业管理条例》第四十一条业主应当根据物业服务合同的约定交纳物业服务费用。业主与物业使用人约定由物业使用人交纳物业服务费用的，从其约定，业主负连带交纳责任。已竣工但尚未出售或者尚未交给物业买受人的物业，物业服务费用由建设单位交纳。
