释义	没有签字的送货单原则上无效，但如果有其他证据证明收货人已经收到了货，或者收货人明确表示已经收到货物，并承认送货单有效的，则即便送货单上缺乏签字，也可视为是有效的。根据《民法典》第四百九十条的规定，当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自当事人均签名、盖章或者按指印时合同成立。法律、行政法规规定或者当事人约定合同应当采用书面形式订立，当事人未采用书面形式但是一方已经履行主要义务，对方接受时，该合同成立。
