释义	法律分析：国家公职人员不可以被认定村集体经济组织成员，不可以领取村集体经济组织股权证，不能享受村股份经济合作社组织成员待遇。法律依据：《漳平市农村集体经济组织成员身份确认指导意见》下列人员无论户口登记地是否在本村，均不具有村集体经济组织成员资格：（一）党政机关工作人员及离（退）休人员。（二）事业单位工作人员及离（退）休人员。（三）国有（含控股）企业在编人员及离（退）休人员。（四）服兵役人员转为军官或退役后被党政机关和国有企事业单位录用的。
