释义	法律分析：不违法。依据国家相关法律法规的规定可知，经营者在经营的过程中是有权利不售卖任何东西给顾客的，本身交易就是凭着自愿平等的原则，所在开店不接待客人并不违法。但是在经营过程中是不能存在强买或者强卖的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第四十六条强买强卖商品，强迫他人提供服务或者强迫他人接受服务的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，并处二百元以上五百元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
