释义	一个人可以在两个单位签合同，三方协商即可。一个劳动者可以和两个用人单位签订劳动合同，但在用人单位就职再签订劳动合同的，不能影响原劳动合同履行，也不能在原用人单位拒绝时再签订新的劳动合同。劳动者签订多个劳动合同，经用人单位提出拒不改正的，对完成本单位的工作任务造成严重影响的，用人单位可以单方面解除劳动合同，不需要支付经济补偿金和赔偿金。因为签订多个劳动合同造成用人单位经济损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。用人单位可以按劳动合同约定扣除薪资，但每月扣除的部分不得超过劳动者当月薪资的20%。
