释义	法律分析：公司的基本帐户和一般帐户的区别是前者可以提现金，后者不可以提现金；公司一般来说只设基本帐户就可以了，如果有分公司或经营部可以设一般户。基本帐户只能为一个，一般户可多个。公司一般都需设立一个基本存款户和一个一般存款户，对于办理工资、奖金支取，营业收支的转帐、电汇只能使用该账户，一个企业只能选择一家银行的一个营业机构开立一个基本存款户。法律依据：《人民币银行结算账户管理办法》第三条存款账户分为基本存款账户、一般存款账户、临时存款账户和专用存款账户。
