一、法人变更期间能否进行投标
公司法定代表人代表变更，并不会影响公司参与招投标。公司法人以其财产承担民事责任，并不是法定代表人的财产。法定代表人是公司行使民事权利、承担民事义务的代表，是可以变更的，并不影响法人主体。
《中华人民共和国公司法》
第三条公司是企业法人，有独立的法人财产，享有法人财产权。公司以其全部财产对公司的债务承担责任。
有限责任公司的股东以其认缴的出资额为限对公司承担责任;股份有限公司的股东以其认购的股份为限对公司承担责任。
二、公司法人怎么变更
公司法人的变更，是指公司成立后，其组织、名称、住所、经营范围重要事项发生的变化，这些事项的变更，可依公司意思自主决定，公司只要作相应的变更登记，即可发生变更效力。企业法人的分立或合并，因涉及法人与相对交易人的债权债务关系，为了维护交易秩序和相对人的信赖利益，法律对分立或合并后公司的债权债务移转，做了强制性规定。
变更法人需要以下资料：
1、法定代表人签署的《公司变更登记申请书》;
2、企业申请登记委托书;
3、经办人身份证明;由企业登记代理机构代理的，同时提交企业登记代理机构营业执照;
4、原法定代表人的免职证明和新任法定代表人的任职证明原件;
5、新任法定代表人身份证明;
6、企业法人营业执照正本和全部副本;
7、变更法定代表人涉及董事长或经理变动的需提交相关任免职文件原件。
