释义	法律分析：犯本罪的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；造成特别严重后果的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。所谓造成特别严重后果，是指造成多名重要犯罪嫌疑人、被告人或者罪犯脱逃；犯罪嫌疑人、被告人或者罪犯脱逃后继续犯罪，给社会造成特别严重的危害等等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百条第二款司法工作人员由于严重不负责任，致使在押的犯罪嫌疑人、被告人或者罪犯脱逃，造成严重后果的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役;造成特别严重后果的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
