释义

法律主观：

合同有修改痕迹经合同当事人确认的，合同有效，否则认定为合同无效或者部分无效。合同签订之后，任何一方想进行合同修改的，必须告知对方，经双方协商一致同意后，重新签订合同或在原合同相应条款作修改或补充。

    第四百六十四条
    合同是民事主体之间设立、变更、终止民事法律关系的协议。
    婚姻、收养、监护等有关身份关系的协议，适用有关该身份关系的法律规定；
    没有规定的，可以根据其性质参照适用本编规定。
