问题	承运人怎么处理旅客伤亡
释义	在旅客列车上发生旅客伤亡时，如发现旅客区间坠车，应停车处理。列车长应会同公安人员检查旅客伤害程度，旅客所持车票的票种、票号、发到站、车次、是否有效、加剪以及随身携带品，详细做成记录。对受伤旅客及时抢救,同时由乘警收集不少于两份的受害人、同行人、见证人的证实材料。旅客列车发生3人以上食物中毒时，列车长应及时通知前方停车站或所在站卫生防疫部门，并做好现场保护工作。另外，如果发生伤亡旅客人数较多时，应封锁事故现场，严禁与救援、调查无关的人员进入。
