截至2021年2月，全国共有30个省份出台了充电配套设施相关政策的规划。地方相应国家号召，各地推出的各项与电动汽车充电配套设施相关的政策与补贴，将充电配套设施的发展从地方向中央推进。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国环境保护法》 第四十条 国家促进清洁生产和资源循环利用。国务院有关部门和地方各级人民政府应当采取措施，推广清洁能源的生产和使用。企业应当优先使用清洁能源，采用资源利用率高、污染物排放量少的工艺、设备以及废弃物综合利用技术和污染物无害化处理技术，减少污染物的产生。
