试用期劳动合同只有一份吗

法律分析：试用期劳动合同只有一份，其实是无效的，劳动者可以积极去劳动监察部门投诉举报。根据相关法律规定，劳动者与公司订立劳动合同时，劳动合同应该是签两份，而不是一份合同，劳动者与公司各执一份。而且，劳动合同需要由劳动者和用人单位都签字盖章后才能生效。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第十六条 劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
