释义	公证遗嘱是指经公证机关公证的遗嘱。自书遗嘱是自然人在遗书中涉及死后个人财产处分的内容，有本人签名并注明了年、月、日，又无相反证据的，视为自书遗嘱。公证遗嘱的法律效力大于自书遗嘱的法律效力。我国《继承法》第二十条有明确的规定：第二十条遗嘱人可以撤销、变更自己所立的遗嘱。立有数份遗嘱，内容相抵触的，以最后的遗嘱为准。自书、代书、录音、口头遗嘱，不得撤销、变更公证遗嘱。从第二十条中的最后一句我们不难理解，公证遗嘱的法律效力大于其它遗嘱形式(包括自书遗嘱)的法律效力。
