释义	法律分析：从效力上说，遗嘱继承优于法定继承。法定继承和遗嘱继承是《民法典》规定的两种不同的继承形式。只不过遗嘱继承优先于法定继承，也就是说，对公民个人遗产的继承，如果财产所有权人生前立有遗嘱，只要该遗嘱是合法有效的，就必须按遗嘱继承，而不能按法定继承。法律依据：《民法典》第一千一百二十三条　继承开始后，按照法定继承办理；有遗嘱的，按照遗嘱继承或者遗赠办理；有遗赠扶养协议的，按照协议办理。
