一、请求确定婚姻无效案件，哪些情形法院驳回起诉请求
1、当事人以民法典第一千零五十一条规定的三种无效婚姻以外的情形请求确认婚姻无效的，人民法院应当判决驳回当事人的诉讼请求。婚姻无效的情形如下：
(一)重婚；
(二)有禁止结婚的亲属关系；
(三)未到法定婚龄。

二、婚姻无效怎么办
1、若婚姻被认定无效，无效婚姻当事人及利害关系人可向人民法院申请宣告该婚姻无效。但应当注意以下问题：
(1)当事人依据《民法典》的规定向人民法院申请宣告无效的，申请时，法定的无效婚姻情形已经消失的，人民法院不予支持；
(2)人民法院审理宣告婚姻无效无效案件，对婚姻效力的审理不适用调解，经审查确属无效婚姻的，应当依法作出宣告婚姻无效的判决；
(3)原告如申请撤诉的，不予准许。有关婚姻无效的的判决一经作出，即发生法律效力，不允许当事人上诉。
2、无效或被撤销的婚姻，自始无效。当事人不具有夫妻的权利和义务。
“自始无效”，是指无效或者可撤销婚姻在依法被宣告无效或被撤销时，才确定该婚姻自始不受法律保护。同居期间所得的财产，按共同共有处理。但有证据证明为当事人一方所有的除外。人民法院根据当事人的申请，依法宣告婚姻无效或者撤销婚姻的，应当收缴双方的结婚证书并将生效的判决书寄送当地婚姻登记管理机关。
3、对重婚导致的婚姻无效的财产处理，不得侵害合法婚姻当事人的财产权益。当事人所生的子女，适用本法有关父母子女的规定。
