释义	法律分析：显失公平的合同，当事人一方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机关予以变更或者撤销，至于是请求变更还是请求撤销合同，当事人有选择权。合同法规定，下列合同可以变更或者撤消：1、因重大误解订立的;2、在订立合同时显失公平的。3、一方以欺诈、胁迫的手段或者乘人之危，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下订立的合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十一条一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使民事法律行为成立时显失公平的，受损害方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
