关于制造传播谣言的刑法规定？
释义
法律分析:
制造传播谣言在刑法上是构成诽谤罪，但是一般制造传播谣言不会构成犯罪，只会由公安机关依法予以治安行政处罚，只有情节严重的，才会涉嫌构成诽谤罪，追究其刑事责任。《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百四十六条
以暴力或者其他方法公然侮辱他人或者捏造事实诽谤他人，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利。
