释义	法律分析：对于具体范围没有规定，但是墓地不能建在耕地、林地、公园、名胜古迹、河流、交通干线附近。法律依据：《殡葬管理条例》第十条禁止在下列地区建造坟墓：（一）耕地、林地；（二）城市公园、风景名胜区和文物保护区；（三）水库及河流堤坝附近和水源保护区；（四）铁路、公路主干线两侧。前款规定区域内现有的坟墓，除受国家保护的具有历史、艺术、科学价值的墓地予以保留外，应当限期迁移或者深埋，不留坟头。
