释义	律师解答： 1、单方对合同进行涂改，以改变了原有合同约定的，则改变的部分无效，维持原合同约定内容。2、合同签订之后，任何一方想进行合同修改的，必须告知对方，经双方协商一致同意后，重新签订合同或在原合同相应条款作修改或补充，并在修改地方加盖双方公章(个人手印);若只有口头答应，但没有对合同做修改或者没有在任何一处有修改变动的地方盖章(手印)，视为无效，合同维持原有内容继续生效。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。
