问题	公司卖了员工有赔偿吗
释义	公司卖掉后，公司不需要给员工给与赔偿或经济补偿。所谓“公司卖掉”，在法律上实际只是原公司的股东将自己的股份转让给了他人，也就是只是公司进行了股东变更，而公司本身仍然存在，并不会影响到劳动合同的履行，对职工没有影响，所以公司不需要支付职工经济补偿金或赔偿金。但是，如果公司因此而进行注销的，则公司应该向职工支付经济补偿金。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第三十三条用人单位变更名称、法定代表人、主要负责人或者投资人等事项，不影响劳动合同的履行。
